The primary role of the Director of Culinary Operations is to maintain, develop and improve restaurant partner culinary operations as related to Deliveroo’s Editions Initiative.

Your role will include:

Develop Editions culinary operations short and long term strategy

Provide a bridge between the culinary techniques of a given cuisine and the KPI’s that are most highly correlated with success in a that category

Provide a similar bridge between menu development and offering standards employed by restaurant partners to KPI’s that are most highly correlated with success for a given cuisine

Systematize these learnings for widespread implementation across the Deliveroo Editions restaurant partner network

Work with Editions team to monitor and continuously improve best practices across Editions restaurant partner network

Effectively communicate across the company when needed to ensure that the culinary operations function is enabling Editions initiatives to move forward in step with company-wide goals

Hiring, training and management of Editions culinary operations team in step with expansion
