ROLE

The Community Manager for the South East will be based in London and will be responsible for all marketing in three of our key cities across the region, as well as for managing relationships with all our restaurant partners. You will be joining an established regional team at one of the most promising start-ups in the UK in a high growth environment, surrounded by a top-notch team of enthusiastic self-starters that are passionate about delivering a fantastic service and contributing to the exciting journey that Deliveroo is on.

The role of the Community Manager has two dimensions: Consumer facing & Client facing


Consumer facing

The consumer facing dimension involves all aspects of marketing and business development directed at Deliveroo customers

The client facing dimension involves looking after the relationships between Deliveroo and our restaurant partners.

Because of the dual nature of this role we require someone who is smart, has a diverse set of experiences and can effectively time manage and delegate. One may be required to build a team in order to carry out this role effectively.
