Operations Manager - Rider Supply

Operations is the foundation of our business and we are looking for talented individuals to add value to our team. As an Operations manager specialised in Rider Supply you will be reporting to the Head of Rider Operations and you will be leading one of our two main areas in Rider Operations. Your main objective will be to ensure that we source enough drivers to cover our growth. Amongst other things you will be expected to:
- Build, train and manage the rider supply team
- Implement strategies to ensure we meet our supply targets.
- Develop and advertise our value proposition to increase applications
- Improve the training and quality of new drivers, and implement tools to measure success.
- Optimise operations through innovation and process development.
- Direct people management experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and a keen eye for data.
- Process driven mentality with exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Driven and confident personality, who can keep a cool head in a crisis.
- Relevant operational, analytical and recruiting experience ideally gained on marketing or operations management positions.
- Startup attitude, "I work my ass off becouse I love it " approach.
