Operations Manager - Driver Support

Operations is the foundation of our business and we are looking for talented individuals to add value to our team. As an Operations Manager specialised in Rider Support you will be reporting to the Head of Rider Operations and you will be leading one of our two main areas in Rider Operations. Your main objective will be to ensure the correct management of our existing driver fleet. Amongst other things you will be expected to:
- Build, train and manage the Rider Comms & Discipline, Rider Payments, Rider Scheduling and the Special Operations teams
- Implement strategies to ensure we meet our Driver Support targets.
- Engage your team members and provide a fun but productive work atmosphere.
- Optimise operations through innovation and process development.
- Direct people management experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and a keen eye for data.
- Process driven mentality with exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent multi-tasker and able to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment characterized by constant growth
- Relevant operational and analytical experience ideally gained on fleet, logistics or operations management positions.
- Zendesk experience is a plus.
